Background:

I am a PhD student in the Department of Computer Science at Virginia Tech. Currently I am working as a member of T. M. Murali’s research group in computational systems biology. Our group focuses on the application of computational techniques to solve difficult biological problems.

Before coming to Virginia Tech, I attended the University of South Carolina Honors College where I received my BS in mathematics. While studying at USC, I had the privilege of working with (and being mentored by) Joshua Coooper on various topics in hypergraph theory.
